My 90 Day Program for Prostate Healthby Larry Clapp The program I followed to achieve Prostate Health in 90 Days is based on a simple premise, proven by the 1931 Nobel Prize winning work of German scientist Professor Otto Warburg: cancer cells cannot live in a balanced pH, oxygenated body environment. Since most of us have bodies that are highly acidic from an accumulation of fats and toxins, this program to get the body into pH balance and reoxygenate the blood, so that cancer cannot live and must leave the body.
Develop your Personal Healing Plan (Chapter 15), including a medical fall back plan that you can implement in a fixed time (such as 3-6 months). Include other protocols mentioned in the book as they feel right to you. Regular exercise and body work, including prostate massage (Chapter 10), produce major results. (Urologists have "newly" adopted prostate massage as the most successful treatment for prostatitis.) Prostate cancer, in most cases, progresses slowly. You have time to take 90 days or less to see if alternative treatments will work for you before subjecting yourself to expensive, invasive medical procedures that often have permanent, unwanted side effects. During this time of proactive health treatment, continue all recommended, non invasive, medical monitoring, primarily PSA, but avoid their fear. The cancer feeds on fear. l. Have confidence in your plan. Keep copies of all tests and chart your progress accurately. Do your own research. If you have not made the progress you anticipated, based on your level of commitment, proceed with your medical plan, but continue to eliminate the causes, because the cancer will return, if they are not addressed. Studies show a 35% recurrence rate in 5 years and 75% recurrence in 10 years. Your health is in your hands. Healing can happen only by taking full responsibility. It is up to you to make the choices that are best for you. You have my support by e-mail at any time. |
